I created a few bodyweight workout programs, “Nut Butt” by Eva and “7 Athletes”.
“Nut Butt” is a bodyweight workout focusing on the strengthening of superficial gluteus muscles (gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, gluteus minimums, TFL) and deep gluteal muscles. This program includes mat lower body exercises and standing lower body exercises in conjunction with core and plyometric exercises.
All levels are welcome.
This program is a great program for group classes.

“7 Athletes” is a fun bodyweight program based on seven sports. It is a total body, high intensity, intermittent workout which includes balance, coordinative exercises, plyometrics, core, shuffles, and reaction.
Advanced and intermediate (or exercise modification for beginners).
This program is represented for group classes.
